1209. Thomas A. Ross Government corruption, which is quite obvious in this case, is the vilest form of governmental abuse of power. As a retired police officer, this case violates every tenet that I placed my life on the line for every day for in order to uphold our constitution. Shame on New Jersey. Your state's reputation precedes you, and this case confirms why.

     I served during the 1960s in the US Army, and my son just re-upped in the US Army this year for another 4 years. As he put it, "The way things look on the outside, at least I have income in the Army!" He'll be serving the summer in FT Sill, Okla, and then shipping overseas to Korea. After that, who knows.
     Two of his [former] classmates are still unemployed civilians, which is why he made that comment.
     May God grant you His favoritism regarding your case. After all, one plus GOD is a majority!

       I love Tenn. I was there last year in Crossville. My wife and I went to a backwood barn, Bluegrass festival (I love Country), and a Vietnam Vet reunion. Every time I spoke, I'd draw a little crowd of locals because of my heavy, NYC raspy accent.   (They thought I talked funny.   Some said I sounded like I belonged in the NYC mob. Even people living up here near NYC say I sound like that.   It got so bad that I had my voice box checked by the VA doctors. The EnT VA doctor said my voice box is fine and it is my real voice based on its shape of the box. They said I should do voice-overs. Maybe someday when I grow up.)

      Thanks for signing my petition. I heard from three New Jersey State Legislators that starting this week, they will starting pushing after the NJ Supreme Court and Superior Court. I might be hearing from them today, if they want some well placed emails and phone calls to add some pressure to the court justices.   They want to build support from within the state legislature.

     It's a disgrace that I have to do this in order to get my due process from a State Government, but at least they will be taking PTSD disabled vets more serious, and won't discriminated against them. Hopefully, the federal government will protect PTSD veterans better in the future over this.
