I was sent an email from my local (Republican)
Congressman Scott Garrett's office stating that the status has not changed in three weeks. My (Republican)
State Senator Steven Oroho's staff has not returned a phone call that was made over three (3) weeks ago. State
Senator Oroho's staff have been investigating my New Jersey cover-up and corruption charges for two years as of this November.
My charges will remain in limbo, until these two local Republican political offices can get together. Why
they are not working together to resolve this government corruption, I'll never understand.
I requested Congressman Garrett call State
Senator Oroho directly since State Senator Oroho is fully aware of my charges. Last year (June 2009), he met with
a New Jersey Supreme Court justice over my charges. I also requested that if a phone call to State Senator Oroho
does not work, maybe a certified letter to his office would work. (All these politicians refuse to place anything in
writing...)
Why a PTSD disabled veteran has to give suggestions for their communications is another thing I do not
understand.
July 17
will be the fortieth anniversary of where my buddies credited me with saving three Marine buddies' lives. Without
question, I'd proudly do it again and wouldn't expect nothing in return. I mention it here, because this is another
thing I don't understand. I proudly served my country, but my politicians and state officials deny me my simple civil
rights of Due Process. http://www.americans-working-together.com/attorney_ethics/id73.html
Please tell my Congressman
and State Senator, what you think about this state corruption/cover-up issue.
Please call my Congressman
Scott Garrett's office (973) 300-2000 and ask for Dana.
Please call my State Senator
Steve Oroho at: (973) 300-0200
............................
Today, please call my Congressman Scott
Garrett's office (973) 300-2000 and ask for Dana. In a nice way, please tell her what you think about this issue.
It's time to bring some state politicians and state officials to federal justice for this. I'm asking for a response
in writing. For some reason, Congressman Scott Garrett refuses to acknowledge my charges (in writing) of a New Jersey
State Cover-up.
About three weeks ago, I spoke with my Congressman Scott Garrett's staff member, Dana to please review
my internet evidence and details of a nine year cover-up of the denial of my Due Process by my state government. At
the center of my request is to have a meeting with the Congressman. I mentioned to Dana that my State Senator Steven
Oroho's office has been investigating my charges for two years as of this November. Senator Oroho's office has been
making progress, but the New Jersey Supreme and Superior Court systems have been dragging it out. I asked Dana
to speak with State Senator Oroho's staff and get back to me about having a meeting to go over my charges of this New Jersey
State cover-up. Denying me my civil rights for nine years is a total disgrace and the federal government should be getting
involved in the investigation, especially since I am a disabled PTSD veteran. They all know that dragging this out exacerbates
my PTSD and chronic pain from a terrorist bomb blast I took in Vietnam.
Over these three weeks numerous nation-wide
supporters of mine have been calling Congressman Scott Garrett asking for the federal government to intercede and answer me
in writing. (They give each caller lip-service or don't return calls.)
My Cover-up charges are against three
branches of New Jersey's government. The New Jersey Supreme Court, New Jersey Superior Court and the executive branch
of New Jersey's government. (Starting with the governor's office, his appointed attorney general and New Jersey's federal
Senator Robert Menendez's office.)
I want federal justice to come to State of New Jersey politicians, New Jersey Supreme
and Superior Court officials and appointed state officials, who have protected a corrupt and powerful gang of attorneys for
almost ten years. I want these officers of the state investigated for all federal and state crimes that they may have
committed. My request has nothing to do with civil charges. There is no civil case.
At the
center of my evidence is a missing Superior Court transcript and sworn, perjurious attorney Certifications to New Jersey Supreme
Court.
http://www.capveterans.com/american_veterans/id74.html I also have numerous letters from
New Jersey's Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics, where they play dumb to a major conflict of interest and this cover-up.

I am requesting changes in federal
and state laws dealing with PTSD veterans to protect them from this crap happening in the future.
If you
can get as many other people to call my Congressman Scott Garrett, I'd greatly appreciate it.
