New Jersey's Supreme Court Cover-Up, to protect one of their own, continues into its 10th year.
Superior Court Transcript Mysteriously Goes Missing Before It Could Be Typed By Court Clerk

The State Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics asks two lawyers from the same law firm to interpret their own Contract's Legal Fee and Retrainer paragraphs.  One of the lawyers is the law firm's senior partner.  The other lawyer happened to work for the law firm, but was also the local Vice-Chairman of the Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics committee.  Both lawyers should have had no problems describing their own Legal Fee and Retrainer paragraphs.
Please read below their comments and a copy of their law firm's Contract for the two papagraphs.   A client of the law firm questioned their interpretations to the State's Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics.  You determine who is correct...

The client wrote to the state Supreme Court that he paid the law firm's  full required $750 Retrainer amount.  The client's interpretation of the law firm's legal fees was $150 for each of the first ten (10) hours of attorney work.  All additional hours would be at the $175 per hour rate.

Although both attorneys disagreed with each other, and their Contract's legal fee paragraph, Robert Correale, Esq. was also wrong on his Contract's Retrainer paragraph.
However, the State Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics accepted the full statements of both attorneys without question and felt there was nothing wrong in the law firm's charging $175 starting with the first hour of work.
Is Governor Chris Christie, good political friend of Mitt Romney, delaying a call for a transparent investigation for fraud and perjury charges surrounding New Jersey Supreme Court Official Robert Correale and his powerful and influential former law firm, Maynard & Truland?

Please call Governor Chris Christie's office at 609-292-6000 and state that John "Jack" Cunningham's allegations deserve a 'honest' New Jersey State investigation.

Please
pass this request for calling Governor Chris Christie to ALL your families and friends 'on and off' the internet. It's about time, New Jersey's state government faced this Cover-up.
