This is easy to understand... Socialism 101
An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never
failed a single student before, but had once failed an entire class.
--------------------------------------------
That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich,
a great equalizer.
The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's
plan".
All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail
and no one would receive an A..
After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy.
As the second
test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted
a free ride too so they studied little. The second test average was a D!
No one was happy.
When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.
The scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling
all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.
All failed, to
their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great,
the effort to succeed is great but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.
Could not be any simpler than that.
The Soviet Union and the
East Bloc nations are great examples of Socialism on a country scale. Do the research... (especially research East Germany
vs. West Germany economies.)

Governor
Chris Christie must clean house in his own corrupt community and
corrupt state, before he thinks about National Politics. These lawyer friends of Governor Chris Christie
should be disbarred for "multiple counts of egregious misconduct, especially offering false testimony in Superior Court
documents and open court, as well as in sworn documents to the New Jersey Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics. http://www.americans-working-together.com/attorney_ethics/id73.html
Mitt Romney's leading V.P. candidate, Governor Chris
Christie turns his back on a disabled vet's charges of attorney ethics violations against one of Christie's lawyer
friends. Chris Christie is delaying a call for a transparent investigation for a missing Superior Court transcript as
well as fraud and perjury charges surrounding New Jersey Supreme Court Official Robert Correale and his powerful and influential,
former law firm, Maynard & Truland http://www.americans-working-together.com/attorney_ethics/id73.html
Please call Governor Chris Christie's office at 609-292-6000
and state that John "Jack" Cunningham's allegations deserve a 'honest' New Jersey State investigation.
Please pass this request for calling Governor Chris Christie to ALL your families and friends 'on and off' the
internet. It's about time, New Jersey's state government faced this Cover-up.
The federal Department
of Justice insists this is only a state issue...
Nepotism and Fraud
in New Jersey Politics
This case is interesting, I have run into certain things in NJ courts myself… Statute of limitations issue
is bogus… fraud has no limitation in federal court, and Statute of limitations runs from the time the fraud is found…
It is an act to deceive, an act of fraud, an act to manipulate due process, - sanctions should be implemented – One
of many cases that spell this out… Referring
both to the objective and subjective elements, we have held that qualified immunity would be defeated if an official "knew
or reasonably should have known that the action he took within his sphere of official responsibility would violate the constitutional
rights of the [plaintiff], or if he took the action with the malicious intention to cause a deprivation of constitutional
rights or other injury." Harlow et al v. Fitzgerald, 457 U.S. 800; 102 S. Ct. 2727; 73 L. Ed. 2d 396; (1982).
Nine years after resigning quietly from
a high level, New Jersey Supreme Court (Malfeasance, Fraud and perjury) ethics position, a corrupt New Jersey lawyer (With
high level friends) is given his Supreme Court position back.
In the very least, Robert D. Correale
should be charged with Fraud, Malfeasance and Perjury before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Robert D. Correale must be given the same justice that he administered
to other attorneys for the years, he held his important Supreme Court position. And he must be given the same justice
that he served on New Jersey's citizens when he served as DA.
The State of New Jersey's Supreme Court has again appointed Robert D. Correale
to the Office of Attorney Ethics. Should this corrupt lawyer be judging other attorneys? Please visit the
below link for details. Governor Chris Christie and Robert D. Correale come from the same NJ county... (And belong
to the same political party. I wonder how well they know each other...) District XB (West Morris/Sussex counties) If a state Supreme
Court found a district attorney guilty of perjury and malfeasance would all the past cases of the DA have to be reviewed? (Anything
the DA has had any part in through his years of tenure and possibly back to when practicing law before being a DA will have
to be reviewed.) Robert D. Correale served as a District Attorney in the State of New Jersey as well as an official in New Jersey's
Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics.
After being accussed of perjury and malfeasance, Correale resigned fifteen months (15) early
from his Supreme Court position rather than embarrass NJ Supreme Court. However, he stayed active as a DA. Now,
he has his New Jersey Supreme Court position back.
Governor Chris Christie must clean house in his own
corrupt community and corrupt state, before he thinks about National Politics.
